In order to purchase a product with us you must register on our site. Registering enables you to an account that only you may access, making your online shopping secure, fast and easy. Your account will be accessible through your email and a password you created. Please keep your account information safe where others do not have access. Subscription to our email list does not mean you have a registered account.

Click on the "my account" tab that will provide a step by step process to getting you registered. To purchase an item you must be registered so if you are a newcomer please do so! If you already have items in your shopping cart and are ready to check out, click on "check out" that will automatically direct you to the register page.

No problem! Simply go to your "my account" page and click on the link "I forgot my password." Instructions will prompt you to enter your email address and your new password will be sent securely via email. If you would like to change your password you may do so at any time by logging into your account.

Log-in to your account and click on "edit account information" located at the top right hand corner of your account page. Here you will be able to make changes to your account including but not limited to your email, shipping/billing addresses, password, etc.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, WASHED, DAMAGED or ALTERED and with ALL tags ATTACHED. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on undergarments (lingerie, panties, bras, etc.) and earrings for sanitary reasons. For pre-orders, please read our Pre-Order Policy. Sale items noted as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Footwear must be placed in its original box without postal labels. If you have any questions regarding your return/exchange please contact Customer Service. Please complete the Return/Exchange form included with your invoice when mailing back the package. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Δ top Buydefinition.com Pre-Order Policy
A pre-order is an order placed for merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Once a pre-order is placed, the item is reserved for you and taken from our available stock. Many times we may special order the product for you from the manufacturer. Pre-ordered items are charged 50% when the order is placed and the remaining 50% is charged when the item is received from the manufacturer and ready to ship. The same free exchange policy applies to pre-orders however, a 25% restocking fee will be taken for returns refunded to your credit card. Otherwise, a full store credit will be issued without the 25% restocking fee. Although we try our best to anticipate the delivery date of pre-order merchandise, all items shipped within 30 days is considered to be on time.
Δ top How do I make a return or exchange?
Please fill out the enclosed Return/Exchange form and send it back to us. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer a refund or if you would like to make an exchange for another size, color or item. This will ensure your Return/Exchange to be promptly handled. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For your convenience, we have provided a pre-addressed return label with your invoice for any returns in the United States. No payment is necessary when you mail your package. A return fee of $9.99 will be automatically deducted from your invoice if the item is being returned. All exchanges however, will be mailed back free of charge. Please affix the pre-addressed return label to your package and make sure to cover up or remove the original shipping label. Give the package to a UPS driver or take to a UPS drop-off location. More information on drop-off locations is available on UPS.com. If you choose not to send your package via the pre-addressed return label make sure your item is securely packaged and is mailed using an insured service as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
Δ top Can I make a return/exchange on an item purchased with a gift certificate?
Yes. The same buydefinition.com refund policies (see above) apply to gift certificates. Your gift certificate will be credited or deducted in case of a price difference. We cannot refund gift certificate purchases back to credit cards.
Δ top How long will it take for my credit card to be refunded?
Once your package is received and verified your refund will be processed within 7 business days on the credit card you purchased your item with. Please note that your banking institution may take additional days to post the change to your account.

Δ top Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales Tax is charged for shipments to Texas. This is currently 8.25%.

Buydefinition.com will match any online competitor’s price within 30 days of your purchase. Please keep in mind the following restrictions. Clearance merchandise (discounted 40% or more) will be matched at our discretion only. We cannot grant refunds or exchanges if the merchandise on a competitor’s site is listed as “final sale.” We do not match prices for stores that do not list their phone number, business address or have most or all items at a discounted price.

All domestic orders will ship via UPS with a tracking number available. Your tracking number will be available once your item is shipped. We offer 3 options for shipping - UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.

All orders received before 1pm Monday-Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders received after 1pm Monday-Friday will begin processing the next business day. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Shipping transit times exclude weekends and holidays. All items are subject to pending credit verification.
We offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipments to Alaska and Hawaii (no Ground Shipping).
Saturday deliveries and all other special shipping requests may be possible through contacting Customer Service.
Δ top International Shipping Methods and Options
Buydefinition.com ships via UPS Worldwide Saver or USPS. International shipping rates have a flat rate of $34.99. Most shipments to Europe or Asia will take 4-5 business days. Shipping is not available to some countries. Please call or email us for further information.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it arrives to your country. You are responsible for all additional charges customs clearance.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from buydefinition.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to buydefinition.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

If you have an order of $100 or more, you qualify for free UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping. Sorry, international orders cannot ship free of charge.

Purchased items can be gift wrapped with a personalized message for $10.00. Each gift wrapping service includes a gift box with tissue paper and a card with a personalized message from the sender.
Δ top How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Simply click on the "Gift Certificate" link and add the gift certificate to the shopping cart. You can purchase a gift certificate in dollar amounts that are pre-designated ranging from a minimum of $20 to $500.
Δ top How will my Gift Certificate be delivered?
Gift Certificates can be sent via email or USPS to the recipient. Upon adding the gift certificate to the shopping cart you will be prompted to enter the recipient's information (email or address). Email Gift Certificates are a preferred method since they can be redeemed immediately upon receiving the email and will not be lost in transportation. You will be able to see a preview of the email Gift Certificate prior to purchasing.

First things first, if you are a first time user, please register with our site. If you have shopped with us before just log into your account.
